Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST may not begin processing until the following business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

We ship via UPS and USPS depending on order size, weight, and destination. Standard shipping typically delivers within 5–7 business days after shipment. Expedited options may be available at checkout where applicable.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery address. Free standard shipping is available on qualifying orders over a minimum purchase threshold, as shown at checkout.

NFA & Regulated Items

Suppressors and other NFA-regulated items cannot be shipped directly to customers. Please refer to our FFL & Suppressor Transfer Policy for complete details on how those transfers are handled.

Address Accuracy

Driftwood Western is not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout. Please double-check your address before submitting your order. If you need to correct a shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately at info@driftwoodwestern.com.

Return & Exchange Policy

Eligibility

We accept returns on most non-firearm, non-NFA items within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the item is unused, unmodified, and in its original packaging with all included accessories and documentation.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Firearms and NFA items (suppressors) once transferred
• Ammunition and consumable items
• Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance
• Customized or engraved products
• Items showing signs of use, wear, or modification

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, email us at info@driftwoodwestern.com with your order number and the reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions. Returns sent without an RMA number may not be accepted.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or configuration, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the replacement. This ensures the fastest turnaround time.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Driftwood Western is not responsible for items lost in return transit.

Refund Policy

Refund Processing

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and credited to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued at our discretion for items that are returned in a condition that does not meet our full return eligibility requirements, such as missing accessories or minor cosmetic wear.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@driftwoodwestern.com with photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund if the request is made before the order has been shipped. Once an order has been fulfilled and handed to the carrier, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the standard return process.

FFL & Suppressor Transfer Policy

Overview

Driftwood Western specializes in suppressor-ready rifle systems and NFA-regulated items. All suppressor purchases are subject to federal regulations under the National Firearms Act (NFA) and must be transferred through a licensed dealer (FFL/SOT Class III dealer) in the buyer's state.

How the Process Works

• At checkout, you will be prompted to provide the name and contact information for your local FFL/SOT dealer.
• We will ship the suppressor directly to your designated dealer once your order is confirmed.
• Your dealer will initiate the ATF Form 4 (Transfer of NFA Item) on your behalf.
• Approval times for Form 4 transfers currently average several months and are determined entirely by the ATF. Driftwood Western has no control over this timeline.
• Once your Form 4 is approved, your dealer will contact you to complete the transfer and take possession of the suppressor.

Dealer Requirements

Your chosen dealer must hold a current Federal Firearms License (FFL) and be a Class III Special Occupational Taxpayer (SOT). It is your responsibility to confirm your dealer's qualifications before submitting their information at checkout.

Refunds on NFA Items

Because NFA transfers involve federal paperwork and third-party processing, all suppressor sales are final once the Form 4 transfer has been initiated. If an ATF form is denied for reasons unrelated to our product, please contact us to discuss options.

Compliance & Legal Policy

Age Requirements

You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase a suppressor or any NFA-regulated item. You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase a rifle or other long gun. By placing an order on this website, you represent and warrant that you meet the minimum age requirement for the items in your order.

Geographic Restrictions

Driftwood Western will not ship firearms, suppressors, or other regulated items to any state, territory, or jurisdiction where such items are restricted or prohibited by local, state, or federal law. It is your responsibility to verify that the items you are ordering are legal to own and possess in your jurisdiction before completing a purchase. Orders placed in violation of applicable law will be cancelled and refunded.

Background Checks

All firearm transactions are subject to applicable federal and state background check requirements. NFA transfers are additionally subject to ATF review and approval. Driftwood Western reserves the right to refuse any transaction that we believe may be unlawful or in violation of federal, state, or local regulations.

Export Controls

Our products may be subject to U.S. export control laws and regulations. We do not sell or ship firearms, suppressors, or related items outside of the United States.
