The Rancher is the rifle we wanted to carry.

Built for long days, changing conditions, and the kind of work that doesn’t fit neatly into a category, Rancher is equally at home in a truck, on an ATV, crossing a pasture, or sitting beside the back door. Every Rancher is built around a suppressor from the start, with an emphasis on balance, reliability, and practical field performance.

This isn’t a competition rifle or a safe queen. It’s a working rifle—light enough to carry all day, accurate enough for difficult shots, and dependable enough to trust when the opportunity finally arrives.

If a defect in assembly, fit, finish, or workmanship causes a problem with your rifle, we’ll make it right. We stand behind every rifle that leaves our shop and will work directly with you to diagnose and resolve any issue related to the original build. This warranty does not cover: * Normal wear and cosmetic aging * Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications * Ammunition-related failures * Third-party accessories installed after delivery * Many components used in Driftwood rifles carry their own manufacturer warranties.     I recently had the opportunity to shoot this tool. First impression was that it was way too nice to shoot. I have never seen an AR platform gun that was not blacked out and had three pounds of stuff attached. This was the complete opposite and was classy and deserved a place on the mantle above the fireplace. The gun was surprisingly well balanced with the suppressor attached and changing it from suppressed to a muzzle break was way too easy. The gun was obviously design for a demanding shooter that wants way more than a big box AR. The rancher is worth way more than the sticker when you add in the personal consultation that is variable to put this build together. This company is night and day different to all others..
